Hello! and welcome to the Hybrid Movement Media website!

Hybrid Movement is an action performance team based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. We are a group of individuals that specialize in live performance of various styles of movement, including but not limited to: martial arts (taekwondo, wushu, XMA), gymnastics, acrobatics, action and fight choreography for stage and film, breakdancing, free-running, and Le Parkour.

Our team name Hybrid Movement is a representation of our different specialties. We synergistically balance all our skills to create the perfect blend of action and entertainment. We are flexible, professional, and are able to cater to any type of event you have planned. We have worked in countless types of environments including live stage performance, fight/stunt choreography for films, motion capture for video games/animation, and have run several seminars and classes teaching what we are able to do.

We have worked in this field for well over 10 years now as a group, and have always been able to exceed the expectations of our clients. Our past clients include: Vancouver Circus School , Kwantlen University College , British Columbia Institute of Technology , Caprice Night Club, Electronic Arts , and Summer Break 2007 with Snoop Dogg. Our roster of performers is large enough to accommodate any specific needs our clients may have, and we work closely with event coordinators to come up with a show/performance that is appropriate for the event.

Aside from all this, we are also very avid filmmakers. We realize that we are in a time where digital film making has become very cheap and effective even for the average consumer to take advantage of, and we are always generating new ideas and projects. The technology that is available to us in this day in age lets us have the freedom to create whatever we wish with little budget. Check out our video/media section to see our projects!
